About Pas Normal Studios
Founded in 2014 by Peter Lange and Karl-Oskar Olsen (of Wood Wood clothing), Pas Normal Studios is a Copenhagen based performance cycling brand that has unequivocally bridged the gap to become a well known lifestyle staple. Built on the idea that the details matter, Pas Normal Studios has made zero sacrifice when constructing aesthetically pleasing technical cycling apparel that encompass both form and function. With an obvious lack of fashion in the cycling industry, Pas Normal Studios quickly capitalized on the opportunity by focusing on patterns, designs, colors, and above all, simplicity that really speaks to the style of today.
Style alone doesn’t create or sustain a business like Pas Normal Studios. Peter and Karl-Oskar took the brand one step further at inception by focusing on performance fit cuts, durable construction quality, unique textiles, and totally new production methods. Much of what you’ll find on many of the garments are the same details typically seen on a tour riders kit. This includes laser cut sleeves, microstructured fabric, and moisture dispersion materials.
Pas Normal Studios has successfully grown the brand over the years through strategic collaborations that complement each entity. Most notable to me are the Salomon XT backpacks, Porter bags, and the Pirelli anniversary collection, all of which were must haves. The brand has also mastered the art of exclusivity through limited edition runs with TKO releases that feature some of the best aesthetics in cycling today. When it comes to performance cycling apparel that you actually want to wear, Pas Normal Studios has clearly mastered the category.
